I love the rooms especially the deluxe King room with the pull out couch! I love the style of the room and how it's designed the little wall separating the living room from the bed, the staff here is exceptionally nice and very inviting to you and your family they love children they have a big indoor pool that the kids love and the price of the room is excellent! $52 with tax included through booking.com and I absolutely love the rooms! Every room has an iHome, a TV, big mirrors and large bathrooms.

We left before breakfast. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The walk-in shower was very helpful for us because stepping into standard tubs is more hazardous for my wife and me. The beds were very comfortable. Also, the hotel communicated with us in advance of our arrival concerning our special requests. They provided what we needed such as a room on the first floor. I didn't specifically request a handicap room, but we were assigned that. Very helpful.

The place was great great room great pool everybody was great especially Amie she went above and beyond when I booked the hotel I asked for a first floor room because of my husband she made sure we got a handicapped room she was so nice and the hotel was clean and the pool was so nice I will be back Great Stay!!!

The beds were comfortable and the staff was super nice. Aside from the stained sofa the room was very clean and spacious. We liked the little kitchenette area. And it was nice that the toilet and shower were separated from the sink area also. Easier for the family to get ready.

Clean, great pool, low beds, comfortable, quiet, had read several bad reviews, but although the interior was outdated, I loved it, it was calming, charming, and we will be returning. If your going to Kings island it's close, and much lower price....great value!
